Back Pain Relief in Oviedo, FL
Fix the cause, not the symptom
Back pain is the world's leading cause of disability, and the most common reason patients walk through our door. Our job is to make sure it does not keep bringing you back.
Your back is usually the victim, not the culprit
Most back pain is not one bad moment. It is years of load on a spine that lost its normal motion: joints that stopped moving well, discs under uneven pressure, and stabilizing muscles that switched off along the way.
Sometimes the trigger is obvious: a lift, a sport, a car crash. Sometimes it is just a desk and a decade. Either way, the pain shows up where the problem lands, not where it started. That is why we examine how your whole spine and hips move before we treat anything.
- Specific adjustments restore motion where the spine has locked down
- Soft tissue work releases the muscle guarding that came with it
- Rehab strengthens the support system so relief actually lasts
Three stages, one goal
Understand It
A thorough history and exam to find what is actually driving your pain, and an honest answer about whether we are the right office to fix it.
Correct It
Specific chiropractic adjustments, using Diversified, Gonstead, and upper cervical techniques, paired with Graston, cupping, and other soft tissue care as your case calls for it.
Rebuild It
Corrective exercise in our rehab gym that restores the strength and stability your spine needs, so the fix holds when life starts loading it again.
Relief you keep, because you helped build it
An adjustment can unlock a stiff spine, but it cannot do push-ups for you. Backs stay healthy when they are strong and moving well. That is why every back pain plan here can draw on a real rehab floor, not a sheet of stick-figure stretches.
It is also why patients who finish care with us tend to come back for tune-ups, not relapses.

When should I see someone about back pain?
If pain has lasted more than a few days, keeps returning, or is changing how you move, sit, or sleep, it is worth an exam. Early care is almost always simpler than waiting a problem out.
Do adjustments hurt?
Most patients find adjustments comfortable, and many feel relief right away. Dr. T uses a range of techniques, from traditional adjusting to gentler approaches, and matches the method to your body and comfort level.
What if my back pain came from a car accident?
Auto injuries deserve a thorough exam even when the pain seems minor, because symptoms often surface days or weeks later. We examine, document, and treat crash injuries and can coordinate with your other providers.
Do I need a referral or imaging first?
No referral is needed. If your exam suggests imaging or another provider should be involved, we will tell you directly and point you to the right next step.
